HUUS LÖWEN 4*S
In this elegant 4-star hotel with 24 rooms, we pamper our guests with traditional Swiss cuisine in the Löwenstobe (50 seats) and create unforgettable experiences in the Löwensaal for events. The spacious outdoor area accommodates up to 80 guests and provides a perfect setting to enjoy.
 
HUUS QUELL 5*S
In 2025, we opened our luxurious 5-star hotel HUUS QUELL with 30 rooms and suites. Since then, our guests have enjoyed not only the unique Quell restaurant with a sharing concept but also an impressive wellness and treatment area of over 2,200 m² as well as the stylish Botanicum Bar.
 

• Planning, organisation and realisation of construction projects
• Independent management or support of the local site management during the execution phase
• Responsibility for or participation in schedule, cost and quality controls
• Coordination of contractors, suppliers, specialist planners, authorities and clients
• Conducting and leading construction meetings as well as preparing minutes and site reports
• Participation in tenders, awards and contract management
• Checking of time sheets, measurements, contractor invoices and claims
• Ensuring compliance with SIA standards, building regulations as well as occupational safety and environmental regulations
• Carrying out quality controls, defect recording as well as organising inspections and warranty work
• Ongoing site documentation and updating of project documents
• Contact person for project participants throughout the entire realisation phase

• Training as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture, technician HF construction planning, construction manager HFP, architect FH/ETH, civil engineer FH/ETH or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in construction or experience in site management of construction projects in Switzerland
• Knowledge of SIA standards and construction processes
• Experience in tendering, awarding, construction administration and cost management is an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office and Messerli
• Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented action
• Driving licence category B
