To open up new markets, we are looking for a committed and motivated sales professional with project management skills to strengthen our team and focus on active market development as well as sales support in the areas of access and surveillance systems and e-mobility.

• Active market development in the field of access and surveillance systems as well as e-mobility
• Sales support on-site and remotely with our customers and trading partners
• Care and maintenance of existing customer relationships throughout Switzerland
• Acquisition of new customers to expand the customer base and market segments
• Market analysis and potential identification as well as derivation of concrete sales actions
• Offer calculation in cooperation with our suppliers
• Teamwork on equal footing with the purchasing and marketing departments for optimal market positioning
• Solution-oriented customer consulting with substance on a partnership level

• Proven experience in the sales environment in the CH market and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships as well as achieve sales targets
• Basic knowledge of security and access systems as well as mobility solutions and understanding of trends and developments in this area
• Strong oral and written communication skills as well as negotiation confidence in German and French, good English skills are a plus
• Ambitious, enthusiastic, and implementation-strong sales personality with a neat and winning appearance
• Ability to turn customers into partners while working independently, goal-oriented, and absolutely reliably
