Service Technician 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

for diagnostic systems in the medical sector, starting immediately or by arrangement

This is your job

• Service visits and calibrations at the customer’s site
• Independent organisation of appointments for service visits
• Technical and professional support via remote maintenance as well as on-site (1st and 2nd level support)
• New installations of systems and instructions at the customer’s site
• Installation and maintenance of software products and small networks based on Windows
• Carrying out repairs on medical devices
• Travel activity is approximately 60-80% (German-speaking Switzerland)

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a multimedia electronics technician, electronics installer, electronics technician, automation technician or similar

• Basic knowledge in IT (MSQL, databases, GDT interface, PIS, KIS, HL7 interface)
• Several years of professional experience as a service technician in a technical environment is an advantage (but not a requirement)
• Strong customer and team orientation
• Independent, precise and structured way of working
• Fluent in German, good English skills, French and/or Italian skills would be a plus
• High willingness to travel
