Head of Technical Services, 100%

Your tasks

• Control, monitoring and maintenance of systems and building services
• Carrying out necessary repairs and renovations to the infrastructure
• Condition analysis, planning, repairs/replacement of infrastructure, support during conversions
• Coordination of third-party deployments for maintenance and repair work
• Responsibility for purchasing, controlling and quality management in the area
• Energy monitoring and optimisation
• Various maintenance, cleaning and groundskeeping tasks
• Responsibility for waste management
• Support in the area of occupational safety/health protection, fire protection
• Leadership and project management experience in technical building management and handling larger projects
• Team leadership
• Cooperation with other Tertianum operations

Your profile

• Training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or comparable qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Further training with a federal diploma in maintenance, caretaking, or similar is desirable
• EKAS/SIBE knowledge and good IT skills (IT/telephony/nurse call)
• Organisational talent
• Willingness to work at weekends
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of varied challenges
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
