For our client, an established and successful company in Niederurnen, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for motivated and service-oriented Customer Centre Employees (m/f/d) who enjoy customer contact and like working in a lively environment.

Customer Centre Employee (m/f/d) with Option for Permanent Employment after 3 Months

Your Tasks

• Professional handling of customer enquiries in the Customer Centre (inbound)
• Processing and selling products and services
• Documenting customer contacts in the system
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Customer care

 Your Profile

• Completed training, preferably commercial or in retail
• Very good German skills as well as Italian and/or Spanish at least B2 mandatory (at least one of these languages)
• Experience in customer service or call centre advantageous
• Friendly, service-oriented manner
• Good PC user skills
• Reliable and eager to learn personality
