As a Data & AI intern, you will support us in further expanding this strategic business area and accompany our customers on the path to digital transformation in the connected real estate world of tomorrow.
If mutually interested, there is the possibility of a subsequent permanent position.
Your area of responsibility
- Supporting our experienced consultants with strategic and operational project tasks
- Collaborating in the development of data platforms and their integration into existing system landscapes
- Building sustainable reporting and analytics solutions as a basis for data-driven decisions in real estate management
- Developing concepts and preparing content in convincing presentations for various stakeholders
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented implementation of customer requirements in a dynamic environment with different stakeholders
What you bring with you
- (University) degree in economics, data science, computer science, or a comparable course of study with IT and data focus, ideally complemented by industry knowledge in real estate management
- Initial experience with modern data platforms and interest in specifically further developing knowledge in this area
- Good understanding of data models as well as practical experience in data analysis
- High self-motivation to familiarise yourself with new technologies, take responsibility, and actively shape digitalisation
- Very good German skills at C1/C2 level
