- Advanced university studies in economics or engineering with very good academic performance
- Strong interest in production management issues
- Result-oriented and structured working style with high commitment, initiative, and diligence
- Initial experience in manufacturing companies through internships or part-time jobs (advantageous)
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, as well as confident use of common MS Office programs
