Student Assistant in the Field of Operational Excellence (m/f/d)

Through intensive collaboration with Swiss and European organizations within the framework of larger research and consulting projects, the Institute for Technology Management maintains a close connection to the economy. Research results from publications and dissertations flow directly into teaching, while students can conduct practical research by participating in the institute's industry projects.

The "Operational Excellence" research team led by Prof. Friedli at the Institute for Technology Management supports renowned industrial companies on the path to operational excellence, with a special focus on the pharmaceutical industry.

• Support of scientific staff in industry and research projects
• Preparation and accompaniment of courses and workshops
• Participation in the execution of various events
• Collaboration with industry partners in ongoing benchmarking projects

• Advanced university studies in economics or engineering with very good academic performance
• Strong interest in production management issues
• Result-oriented and structured working style with high commitment, initiative, and diligence
• Initial experience in manufacturing companies through internships or part-time jobs (advantageous)
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, as well as confident use of common MS Office programs
