- You implement the educational mandate for nursing and ensure the quality of training in collaboration with the wards
- You support and inspire learners and students in acquiring the necessary practical skills and accompany them on their educational path
- You design and create varied training sessions as well as transfer lessons
- You actively participate in department-specific and cross-departmental tasks, such as recruiting learners/students, organizing events, implementing training tools, etc.
What you bring with you
- You have a professional qualification in nursing at the tertiary level and have already gained valuable professional experience, including in an acute hospital
- You have experience in mentoring trainees at various educational levels as well as pedagogical further training
- You possess good planning and organizational skills, which you confidently apply in your daily work
- You are computer-savvy and your oral and written communication skills are convincing and clear
