Property Manager STWEG 60 - 100 %

You will take on the following responsibilities:

• You will manage your own portfolio consisting of STWEG properties
• Promote a young team in their further development
• Organise and conduct owners' meetings
• Organise and conduct viewings, inspections and handovers
• You are the direct contact person for owners, craftsmen and authorities
• Ensure smooth maintenance of the portfolio assigned to you
• General correspondence related to property management

You bring the following qualifications:

• Completed further training as a property manager with a federal diploma
• Several years of experience in STWEG management
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Motivation to promote a young team
• Very good knowledge of tenancy law and the market
• Very good German language skills
• Driving licence category B
