Your Tasks
- You enjoy professionally and individually caring for elderly people according to their needs.
- You share responsibility for care quality, support with assessment, and RAI documentation.
- You care about the residents’ self-determined and fulfilling lives and promote this.
- You support our training manager in the education of apprentices.
Your Profile
- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ.
- You enjoy caring for elderly people.
- You are dynamic and like to help develop our operation further.
- You have professional experience in inpatient long-term care and with people with dementia.
- You are familiar with RAI or careCoach.
- You work goal-oriented and can support the qualified nurse with assessment and development of measures.
- You enjoy improving and securing care quality and can inspire your team to do so.
- You work independently, reliably, and precisely and appreciate innovation.
