With Three Point, we realised the tallest residential building in Switzerland. Further interesting large-scale and high-rise projects are already in planning. For our team in Dübendorf, we are looking for a committed individual who enjoys taking responsibility, connecting people, and shaping architecture down to the last detail.

Your tasks

• Professional leadership and coordination of our planning team
• Participation in demanding execution and detailed planning
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and smooth processes
• Close collaboration with the client, marketing, buyer support, project and construction management, specialist planners, and contractors
• CAD responsibility (ArchiCAD) and contact person for the IT manager
• Involvement in the training of our apprentices, trainer role advantageous

Your profile

• Basic training as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture advantageous
• Further education as a certified technician HF in construction planning architecture, architect FH/ETH or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a project manager in Switzerland
• Very good knowledge of Swiss standards and building regulations
• Confidence in discussions with clients, authorities, and planners
• Enjoyment of leadership and teamwork as well as assertiveness
• Independent, structured, and forward-looking working style
• Sound knowledge of ArchiCAD and MS Office
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
