For a long-term project assignment with one of our clients in the energy sector, we are looking for an experienced Telecom Project Manager who confidently manages projects through all phases.
Your main tasks
- Overall responsibility for telecommunications projects across all project phases (deadlines, costs, quality)
- Support in preparing project proposal documents as well as technical and financial analyses and concepts
- Preparation of tender documents for public procurement according to BöB and VöB
- Management of suppliers and ensuring professional project execution
- Transparent project controlling and reporting including handover to operational business
- Leading the project team and promoting constructive, goal-oriented collaboration with internal and external parties
Your profile
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or business
- At least 5 years of proven experience in managing telecommunications projects (ideally in the energy or infrastructure sector)
- Practical experience with at least two project management methods as well as in requirements engineering, test management, and supplier management
- Very good German skills and good English skills (French is an advantage)
- Strong leadership and communication skills, conflict resolution competence, and negotiation strength
- Analytical thinking and the ability to clearly present technical contexts
- Confident use of MS Office, SAP, project management tools as well as knowledge of the SIA phase model and Hermes methodology
