As part of the development of its activities, a watchmaking manufacturer based in Geneva is looking for a Logistics Employee to strengthen its teams.

Your missions:

Integrated within the logistics department, you will actively participate in the management and optimisation of goods flows in compliance with the quality standards of the manufacturer.

• Ensure the preparation, control and shipment of orders
• Receive goods and verify their qualitative and quantitative conformity
• Carry out stock movements and logistics operations in SAP
• Perform picking operations according to manufacturing and transfer orders
• Guarantee careful packaging of products in accordance with customer requirements
• Print and ensure the IT follow-up of delivery notes
• Participate in inventories and control the reliability of stocks
• Ensure compliance with logistics procedures and safety rules
• Contribute to responsible waste and packaging management within a sustainable environmental approach

Profile sought:

• Holder of a logistics CFC or training deemed equivalent
• Significant experience in a logistics environment, ideally within a demanding sector
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
• Good proficiency with IT tools, notably SAP and the Microsoft Office suite
• Organisation, rigour and ability to manage priorities effectively
• Respect for procedures, attention to detail and reliability in task execution
• Team spirit combined with real autonomy in work
• Proactive, committed, versatile and quality-oriented person on the ground
