- You are a qualified occupational therapist (FH) and ideally have experience and further training in hand therapy and splint provision
- You have professional experience in the clinical field and are accustomed to working evidence-based and applying confident clinical reasoning
- You think in a networked way, are well organised and always act in a patient-oriented manner
- You act as a team player and convince with high social competence
