About the job
As a room service employee, you ensure a smooth process in room service, which also includes
- Receiving orders by phone and simple guest consultation
- Serving food and drinks in the hotel room
- Preparation of mise en place for the daily routine
- Preparation of simple drinks for the service
- Passing on guest feedback and supporting with concerns
- Maintaining cleanliness, standards, and daily tasks according to specifications
You are interested in working in service and enjoy contact with guests. Additionally, you bring
- First experience in service or hospitality is an advantage
- Willingness to reliably perform simple service tasks
- Careful and structured way of working
- Team spirit and a friendly manner in dealing with guests
- Good German or good English skills
