Responsibilities

As the point of contact in Customer Success Rimo R5, you are the key figure in supporting and advising our customers. You assist our clients with process optimisations in the areas of digitalisation and automation and also provide support via the hotline. Additionally, you independently conduct training sessions in the form of courses, webinars or workshops. Documenting training materials and updating our knowledge base are also part of your responsibilities. As a project manager, you drive customer projects forward and act as the communication and coordination hub between internal and external contacts. In doing so, you contribute significantly to the further development of our innovative software products and consulting services.

Qualifications

What you should bring

• Professional experience as a property manager / accountant
• Good knowledge of using Rimo R5
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Enjoyment of customer contact, advisory activities and knowledge transfer
• Enthusiasm for new technologies
• Analytical and interconnected thinking
• Structured, independent working style
• Patience, humour and a positive attitude
