Your Tasks
- Interface between the finance, controlling and hospital management departments for the psychiatric locations in Kiel, Plön, Ostholstein and Lübeck
- Preparation and submission of data to external bodies (e.g. InEK, G-BA, IQTIG etc.) in cooperation with the aforementioned departments
- Support in the preparation of documents for budget negotiations
- PPP-RL controlling
- Organisation of and support during performance group and OPS structure audits
- Preparation of various periodic internal reports (e.g. MD provision reports)
- Handling of ad-hoc requests
Your Profile
- Completed studies in health economics, hospital management, business administration with a focus on controlling/healthcare, medical controlling; or a comparable qualification or relevant professional experience
- Confident and thorough handling of large and complex data sets
- Very good Excel skills
- Very good knowledge of data validation, data quality and reporting standards
- Experience with hospital information systems and BI tools would be desirable
