Swan is an internationally active SME based in the Zurich Oberland, which develops and produces high-quality measuring and control devices for online water analysis. We employ around 350 people at 15 locations worldwide and are known for our high quality in various industries such as drinking and wastewater, power plants, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, cooling and ultrapure water as well as steam and condensate.

That’s why we want you

• Advanced vocational training in marketing, communication or a comparable qualification
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing, communication and/or sales
• Very good German and English skills (at least level C1)
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
• Organisational talent, initiative and a structured way of working
• Team spirit, flexibility and enjoyment of an international environment

• Participation in diverse marketing and communication projects, e.g. product launches
• Creation and coordination of content for various channels (newsletter, LinkedIn, specialist articles, success stories and videos)
• Support of our international subsidiaries in marketing and communication matters
• Planning and organisation of trade fairs, conferences, webinars and events
• Coordination of internal and external partners as well as on-site support of selected events
• Implementation of e-mail campaigns and support for our digital marketing channels
• Management of the marketing warehouse, the communications mailbox and other administrative marketing tasks
• Ensuring a consistent brand appearance (CI/CD)
