Your tasks with us:
- Design, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient marketing campaigns for the G+ practice locations with the aim of specifically increasing new patient numbers and consultation utilisation
- Co-responsibility for cross-location multi-channel marketing campaigns (online and offline) including media planning, budgeting, and success control
- Co-responsibility for performance marketing and continuous optimisation of Google Ads campaigns for the G+ practice locations
- Design, planning, implementation, and evaluation of measures in referral management to specifically maintain and develop the referral network
- Support and development of digital channels, especially websites, social media, and newsletters
- Coordination and collaboration with internal departments as well as external service providers including associated administrative tasks
- Support in branding, signage, events, as well as internal and external communication
- Monitoring, analysis, and reporting of implemented marketing measures including budget planning and control
What you bring:
- You have completed training in marketing and communication
- You bring two to three years of experience in planning, managing, and optimising cross-media campaigns
- You work independently, proactively, and solution-oriented – you do not need constant instructions but tackle challenges responsibly
- You are proficient in common Adobe programmes such as InDesign and Photoshop, and quickly familiarise yourself with other digital tools
- You combine analytical thinking with a strong sense of design and make decisions based on data, experience, and performance results
