ZURZACH Care Rehabilitation Clinic Baden-Dättwil offers a versatile neurological working environment at the interface between acute medicine and rehabilitation on the campus of the Baden Cantonal Hospital (KSB). We treat patients with complex neurological and musculoskeletal diseases as well as increased medical monitoring needs. The close interdisciplinary collaboration, cooperation with the Baden Cantonal Hospital and the connection of inpatient and outpatient neurology open up interesting professional and personal development opportunities.

Your tasks

• Ward management: Medical leadership of a neurological rehabilitation ward including supervision of assistant physicians

• Conducting conversations: Leading discussions with patients, their relatives and members of the interdisciplinary teams

• Rehabilitation: Leading rehabilitation planning and interdisciplinary rehab reports

• Further education and training: Participation in in-house interdisciplinary training as well as structured SIWF training in the field of neurology

• Outpatient clinic: Independent management of an outpatient neurological clinic

• On-call duties: Participation in neurological on-call duties in cooperation with the KSB

• Further development: Shaping and professional development of our neurological services with the possibility to contribute your own specialisations

• Sleep medicine (optional): Outpatient sleep medicine activities at the nearby ZURZACH Care Clinic for Sleep Medicine (KSM) in the spa district of Baden; opportunity to obtain the sleep medicine qualification (SGSSC)

Your profile

• Qualifications: Specialist title in neurology (SIWF) or an equivalent foreign specialist title recognised by MEBEKO

• Permits: You hold a professional practice licence (BAB) or are willing to apply for one; OKP approval (AG) is an advantage

• Language: German language skills at level C1

• Experience (advantageous but not required):

• Neurological senior physician activity

• Experience in rehabilitation medicine

• Knowledge in clinical neurophysiology and neurosonology

• Personality: You are responsible and well organised, thinking economically and solution-oriented

• Communication: You have high social competence, enjoy interdisciplinary work and communicate appropriately at different levels
