About the job

Your tasks
With an access to the administration that is as low-threshold as possible and quick support and advice, we ensure that the situation of our clients stabilizes and that they are supported in their need for a financially independent life. Our main task is to ensure proper subsistence by checking, assessing, and enforcing the entitlement to social assistance and the corresponding rules. At the same time, we advise clients to help them improve their current situation. All this is done through conversations and a lot of administrative work. If longer financial support is expected, we transfer case management to the social counseling advisory team.
Your profile
We are looking for a likeable social worker with a positive attitude and a strong identification with our methodological principles. We also expect someone with a quick grasp and an efficient, high-quality working style and good administrative skills. If you have a diploma from a school of social work, professional experience in social assistance, and experience in social insurance, you belong to our preferred candidates.
