Plant and Equipment Builder (Sheet Metal Processing)

• Set up and operate machines independently
• Manufacture high-quality individual and series parts according to workshop drawings
• Carry out quality inspections of the manufactured workpieces
• Prepare materials, rework products and prepare them for further transport
• Be responsible for maintenance and servicing of machines and tools
• Document initial orders and prototypes
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement process

• Completed basic training as a plant and equipment builder
• At least ten years of experience in sheet metal processing
• Confident handling of CNC-controlled laser cutting and combined punches from Trumpf
• Knowledge of bending is an advantage
• Experience in at least two of the sectors Medical, Process Automation or Energy Technology
• Strong technical understanding and quality-oriented working style
• Structured work organisation and team-oriented thinking
• Physical resilience for standing activities and temporal flexibility
• Good knowledge of German
