Job Description

Early, middle, and late shifts, always continuously without room hours

Check-in and check-out
Concierge duties
Sale of rooms, spa treatments, restaurant bookings with administrative processing
Menu description
Guest care
Various administrative tasks
You will also be introduced to the areas of revenue management and the development and continuous improvement of the customer journey.

Qualifications

You bring the necessary experience at the reception, ideally with appropriate professional training
You are a native German speaker and have good French and English skills
You are a sociable, friendly person who loves guest contact
You have a sales flair and a sense for individual guest wishes
You are resilient and a team player
