The safe and reliable energy supply of our company lies in your hands. As Switchgear Manager, you lead an experienced team of four specialists and take responsibility for our low and medium voltage systems. Together, you ensure stable operation and continuously develop the technical infrastructure. In the coming years, you will actively shape the area, especially within the framework of planned modernisation and investment projects in energy supply and switchgear. In doing so, you combine technical expertise with leadership responsibility and make a central contribution to the long-term development of a critical company infrastructure.
- Technical and administrative leadership of the switchgear department
- Responsibility for safety, availability and operation of low and medium voltage systems
- Planning and coordination of maintenance, servicing and overhaul work including deployment of internal and external personnel
- Management and implementation of modernisations and technical adjustments to existing systems
- Participation in interdisciplinary projects and taking on sub-project management in the plant environment
- University of Applied Sciences degree or higher vocational training (HF) in electrical engineering or an equivalent practice-oriented qualification
- Several years of experience in operation, maintenance or project planning of switchgear in an industrial environment (low and medium voltage)
- Experience in leading small, technically demanding teams
- Knowledge of protection technology is an advantage and supports your understanding of systems
- Structured, analytical working style in dealing with complex and safety-critical operating situations
