Your tasks

• Independently plan, organise and carry out resource-oriented activation and everyday design in group or individual activities
• Plan and conduct excursions and events
• Create and take responsibility for seasonal decoration in the care departments
• Coordinate, plan and carry out activities with external partners
• Lead and coordinate voluntary staff
• You are keen to help shape a start-up operation with your ideas and experience

Your profile

• You have training as an activation specialist HF
• Practical experience in long-term care
• You are a balanced and resilient personality
• You have good oral and written German skills
• MS Office skills are an advantage
• Resilience, flexibility, independence and creativity are natural to you
• In addition, you are an organisational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
