Your main activities

• Work closely with managers to identify and analyze needs
• Manage specifications and establish job descriptions
• Define the most effective sourcing strategy to attract the best talents
• Ensure the recruitment process from pre-selection of future talents, conducting interviews to contract negotiation
• Support managers on HR-related aspects (evaluation, career management, training, etc.)
• Advise and support staff on all HR-related issues
• Assist with HR tasks; notably for drafting employment contracts and monitoring residence permits
• Support various HR projects within the scope of responsibilities and participate in the resulting change management

Your profile

• Federal Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar position, ideally in the industrial sector
• Comfortable conducting interviews
• Native French speaker with very good knowledge of English and German (min. B2)
• Good command of IT tools and an ERP system
• Proactive and sense of priorities
• Analytical and synthetic mind, ability to make proposals
• Sense of communication and responsibility
