- Insurance Advisor in Field Service / Mandate Manager 100 % for the EAST SWITZERLAND region
As a Mandate Manager Insurance, you will support your clients in all insurance matters. Together with your team colleagues, you ensure a professional and successful service for private and business clients.
Your area of responsibility in brief…
- Acquisition of new customers
- Creating tender offers for our partner companies
- Developing comparisons of various insurance offers
- Controlling and support in claims cases
- Customer advice and support in all insurance matters
Your profile corresponds to…
- You enjoy working and are at least 20 years old
- Initiative and willingness to take responsibility
- A basic education with an insurer
- Several years of experience as a customer advisor in the insurance sector
- Possibly a federal specialist qualification in insurance or similar diplomas
- Certified Insurance Broker VBV
- Willingness to continue education in the insurance field
- Very good manners
