Deputy Head of Daycare / Educator (m/f), 60 %
Your passion
Creative play: You build the highest sandcastles, play the most exciting hide-and-seek games, and paint the most colorful pictures with the children.
Educational skills: You plan and design age-appropriate activities, handle conflicts confidently, and maintain a trusting exchange with parents.
Loving care: You give the children security, are their confidant, and understand their needs.
Teamwork: You support your colleagues and ensure a harmonious and balanced working atmosphere.
Your profile
Education & experience: You have completed training as a childcare specialist (FaBe) and bring professional and leadership experience. Completed leadership or team leader training is an advantage.
Deputy Head of Daycare: As deputy head of daycare, you support the head of daycare in personnel and organizational matters and represent her during her absence. Additionally, you are responsible for administrative tasks and professionally guide apprentices during their training. Your area of responsibility is versatile and requires both educational and organizational skills.
Role model function: You understand that you play an important role in the lives of the children and carry this out responsibly.
Team spirit: You are a valuable support not only for the children but also for your colleagues.
