In this role as HR Assistant, you have the opportunity to decisively support HR.What you achieve
- You are responsible for the entire administration in the classic HR process functions (recruitment, support, development, and exit) for various organisational units of Securiton AG.
- You support HR consulting in all administrative matters.
- You participate in various HR projects.
- You assist in organising personnel events.
- You create evaluations and statistics.
What you bring
- With your completed commercial basic training EFZ and further training as an HR Assistant, you bring the ideal foundation for this versatile role.
- Thanks to your several years of experience in HR administration, you quickly familiarise yourself with new tasks and processes and work confidently in the administrative HR environment.
- You communicate fluently in German and Italian – both orally and in writing. Knowledge of French and English is a welcome plus.
- You use the common Microsoft Office applications confidently and efficiently; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- You work independently, carefully, and punctually and enjoy process-oriented activities.
- Thanks to your strong planning and organisational skills, you keep an overview even in demanding situations and skilfully set priorities.
- You convince with a flexible, reliable, and humorous personality and contribute to a positive and appreciative collaboration within the team.
