Your Tasks
- Key person work in the core team
- Close, interprofessional collaboration in the core and treatment team as well as cooperation with relatives and involved specialist offices
- Designing and accompanying milieu therapeutic offers
- Co-design and implementation of change processes
Your Profile
- Completed nursing training (HF/FH, PsyKP, AKP, DN II, BScN)
- Professional experience in psychiatry, preferably in acute psychiatry and in an outreach and/or day clinic setting
- Independent work, high reliability
- High empathy and social skills
- Team player
