Finance Specialist
WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE WITH US- You manage the financial accounting including general ledger and asset accounting for selected companies
- You prepare quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
- You prepare and accompany the external audit
- You participate in budgeting, forecasts, and liquidity planning
- You support the team in day-to-day business with creditor, debtor, and payment processing as needed
- You actively participate in finance and IT projects, particularly optimising processes, training employees, and providing first-level support
- You share our commitment to delivering high-quality and timely solutions as a reliable and competent service provider for our internal customers
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- You have a commercial education with further training in finance and accounting
- You handle common financial processes with ease
- You have already taken responsibility for general ledger processes and closing tasks
- You are confident in ERP systems and have previously contributed to IT projects
- You are an upbeat and open personality who enjoys working independently and taking responsibility
- You recognise improvement potential and enjoy implementing practical solutions together
- You actively seek collaboration internally as well as with other companies in the Marti Group
