Your Tasks
- First point of contact for the Zug-Rotkreuz Campus
- Manning the reception and operating the telephone switchboard
- Providing information to external persons, lecturers, and students
- Managing various email accounts
- Mail processing
- Managing loan equipment
- Cash handling and various other administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training with professional experience in a comparable role
- Confident German skills, good English skills
- Strong flexibility and high commitment during staff shortages
- Team player, networked thinking, proactive and service-oriented
- Good IT user skills (MS Office)
- Enjoyment in dealing with customers as well as independent and reliable working style
- Neat appearance and friendly, confident demeanor even in hectic times
- Willingness to cover for colleagues during holidays and illness
