Head of Sales (80-100%)
Your role with us
- As a member of the transport management team, you are responsible for the further development of sales and sales systems in public transport
- You significantly shape the customer experience in public transport in Basel and Northwestern Switzerland – from customer acquisition and information to after-sales service
- You are responsible for the strategic development of sales systems and sales channels, ensuring their stability, innovative strength, and national compatibility
- You analyse market and customer developments and derive effective measures from them
- You ensure data-driven sales management to sustainably increase passenger numbers and revenues
What convinces us
- University degree (Uni/FH) in business administration, marketing, transport, public transport manager HFP or equivalent, as well as several years of leadership experience with budget and result responsibility
- Extensive know-how in sales, product management or market-oriented functions – ideally in public transport or mobility environment
- Experience in the strategic development of offers as well as in data-driven management for revenue and demand development
- Strong leadership skills in change processes as well as in the development and empowerment of teams
- Experience in working with network structures is an advantage (e.g. Tarifverbund Nordwestschweiz, Alliance SwissPass) as well as strong communication and negotiation skills
