In this position, you take responsibility for the realisation of complex construction projects, from the initial idea to successful handover. You work closely with architects, site managers, and clients, coordinating all processes and ensuring a smooth project flow. You master technical and organisational challenges, always keeping costs, deadlines, and quality in view, and securing our customers' satisfaction. Your solution-oriented and communicative leadership style helps you motivate teams and successfully complete projects.

Your profile - What you absolutely should bring:

• You are currently working in assembly and want to make a change
• Experience in project management, ideally in the construction or craft sector
• Organisational talent with an independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Confident handling of digital work tools
• Open and goal-oriented communication in German
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness in complex project structures

Desirable skills:

• Knowledge in the field of sun and weather protection, but not a must – we support your further training
• Experience in dealing with architects, site managers, and clients
• Basic technical knowledge in metal construction or the timber construction sector

Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the technical and administrative handling of demanding construction projects for sun protection products, from conception to handover
• Measuring on construction sites and placing orders with our suppliers
• Leading and coordinating all project participants, including architects, site managers, and external partners
• Developing and implementing customised technical solutions to meet complex construction requirements
• Monitoring and ensuring cost control, adherence to deadlines, and quality standards throughout the entire project process
• Responsibility for smooth communication between all parties involved to ensure successful project completion
