Your tasks – our position
- Accompanying learners and students during their internship
- Conducting status, progress, and evaluation discussions
- Participating in practical qualification procedures and taking on expert roles
- Actively shaping and further developing the quality of training at the Biel Hospital Centre
- Caring for patients as a qualified registered nurse
- Close collaboration with team leadership, the nursing team, and the education team
Your skills – our requirements
- Diploma as a registered nurse HF/FH
- Pedagogical further training (SVEB I) or willingness to complete it
- Enjoyment in accompanying and supporting learners and students of different training levels
- Strong communication, coaching, and reflection skills
- High social competence and the ability to accompany people appreciatively in their development
- Interest in continuous professional and personal development
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as basic knowledge of French
