To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and dedicated Foreman or Supervisor Civil Engineering (100%).

Your Tasks

• Management and organisation of construction sites in the civil engineering sector
• Coordination and supervision of construction work on site
• Leadership and motivation of the construction team
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality and safety regulations
• Communication with clients, site management, planners and other parties involved
• Material disposition and control
• Creation and maintenance of site documentation
• Occasional on-call duty

Your Profile

• Completed training in civil engineering (e.g. road builder or equivalent)
• Further training as foreman or supervisor is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in civil engineering
• Leadership experience and organisational talent
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B (mandatory) and BE (advantageous)
