The Performance Mandate Unit is responsible for the planning, implementation, further development, controlling of performance mandate metrics and communication of the performance mandate.

Do you bring in-depth sustainability expertise that you want to apply in the field of Corporate Sustainability and Sustainable Finance and do you have an integrative, prudent and careful working style? Then we look forward to receiving your application.

Your Tasks

Implementing and further developing the corporate environmental programme, including ISO 14001 certification as well as removal portfolios and internal CO2 pricing
Responsible for calculating and monitoring corporate CO2 emissions and the corporate climate target
Contributing to non-financial reporting, especially climate reporting
Implementing and further developing the bank-wide climate targets and measures of Zürcher Kantonalbank as well as topics in the areas of nature, circular economy and managing bank-relevant partnerships in the climate sector
Developing sustainability requirements and criteria for sustainable products and services, especially in financing business
Contributing to the strategic further development of the performance mandate and the annual update of the bank-wide sustainability policy
Taking over the professional preparation of the meetings of the Performance Mandate Steering Committee
Performing various management support tasks

Your Profile

Master’s degree preferably in (Environmental) Natural Sciences or Environmental Engineering, alternatively Sustainable Finance or Economics
Profound knowledge in the field of sustainability, preferably in Sustainable Finance
You are familiar with the current global challenges in sustainability topics as well as best practices in the financial sector
Work experience in sustainability or Sustainable Finance, ideally in banking
High analytical skills and interconnected thinking, attention to detail and strong service orientation Editorial expertise and the ability to communicate appropriately in writing and orally to different audiences and levels
Flexibility and ability to work in a team
