Department Head Ventilation (all)

Your Tasks

• You lead the ventilation department professionally, personally and economically, further develop your team and promote a binding, solution-oriented collaboration.
• You are responsible for the budget, turnover and results of your department, review the relevant key figures and derive measures to ensure economic efficiency.
• You maintain existing customer relationships, acquire new orders and develop demand-oriented solutions and offers together with your team.
• You manage order processing from the quotation through planning and installation to commissioning and handover, support with technical and commercial questions and ensure quality, deadlines and costs.
• You plan personnel and material resources proactively, coordinate collaboration between project management, installation and service as well as with other trades and optimise the processes of your department.
• You ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and quality requirements as well as fire and sound protection regulations.

Your Expertise

• You have completed training in ventilation or building technology as well as an advanced technical or business qualification, for example at the level of higher professional examination, HF or FH.
• You bring several years of experience in ventilation and air conditioning technology as well as in managing projects and teams and know the requirements for economical order processing.
• You think entrepreneurially, act customer- and result-oriented and combine negotiation skills with a structured way of working. With clear communication and joy in leadership, you provide orientation to your team.
• You present yourself confidently and reliably to customers, suppliers and partners, have good German language skills in spoken and written form and hold a category B driving licence.
