Contract duration: 1 year, renewable 2 x 2 years, maximum 5 years

Workplace: Lausanne-Dorigny, UNIL-Mouline District, Geopolis Building, 1015 Lausanne
Your Activities
In your role:
- 50% of the activity rate will be dedicated to personal research work (thesis valorization, development of experiments, data analysis, publications, and other scientific communications).
- 50% will be dedicated to participating in teaching in the areas under the responsibility of Professor Joël Billieux and shared research work.

Your Profile
We wish to hire, to complete our team, a person with the following profile:
- PhD in psychology in a subject related to clinical psychology of addictive behaviors. Given the teaching and research activities conducted by the laboratory to which the candidate will be attached, preference will be given to individuals who have conducted research and/or teaching work in the field of clinical psychology of addictive behaviors. Practical and/or teaching experience in the field of case formulation in clinical psychology and/or evaluation in clinical psychology (including psychometrics) is an additional asset.
- Having published work in peer-reviewed scientific journals in the field of addictive behaviors, cognitive and experimental psychopathology, or evaluation in psychology and psychopathology.
- Proven mastery (e.g., through publications) of various types of analyses and treatment of quantitative data (e.g., regression models, structural equation models, network analyses).
- Desire to develop, conduct, and/or supervise experimental studies on the psychological processes underlying addictive behaviors.
- Interest in joining and actively participating in a team and a research laboratory.
- Ability to collaborate and cooperate with internal and external researchers in the laboratory. Established international collaboration experience is an asset.
- Research and/or teaching experience at a university outside Switzerland is an asset.
- Experience and/or postgraduate clinical training is an asset.
- Interest in mastering and developing scientific writing and critical thinking.
- Proficiency in French for teaching activities.
- Proficiency in English for research activities.
