How you can make an impact
- You're a client-first professional who thrives on taking ownership. You're self-motivated, committed to continuous learning, and passionate about developing both yourself and your team. You see payroll not as a compliance checkbox, but as a strategic advantage for our clients.
- As a key member of our Payroll team, you'll:
- Drive growth by expanding our Payroll offering and onboarding high-value clients
- Deliver expert counsel on all payroll-related matters, earning client trust through deep expertise
- Own your engagements with full autonomy and accountability for client success
- Champion innovation alongside a management team actively reshaping how payroll services are delivered
- Build and mentor a high-performing team committed to excellence
Who we are looking for
- You possess strong numerical skills and a keen understanding of complex interrelationships, demonstrating conscientiousness as well as a solution-oriented and independent working style.
- You have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in payroll and are highly knowledgeable in payroll, social security, and individual taxation.
- You are technology savvy with excellent proficiency in payroll tools such as Abacus and SAP.
- You have a positive attitude toward technological advancements and want to actively support them.
- You have leadership experience and are eager to leverage your expertise to train the team and help expand our market share.
- You have excellent command of English and are fluent in either French or German; additional language skills are considered a significant advantage.
Your Team
Become part of a diverse, multinational and highly motivated team of 30+ across our Swiss offices. We will help you grow both personally and professionally: through our trainings, mentoring programmes and on-the-job learning, but also by connecting with your colleagues across all business lines.
