About the job

This is how you will spend your time:

• Overall responsibility for the safety and preservation of value of all buildings, production halls, office spaces, storage areas as well as the outdoor facilities
• Planning, organisation and supervision of conversion, renovation and infrastructure projects
• Ensuring a needs-based infrastructure for production, logistics, administration
• Responsibility for car park management, traffic routes and surrounding works
• Overall responsibility for the care and coordination of all tenants on the company premises
• Administration, monitoring and maintenance of all rental, usage and service contracts
• Organisation and support of audits, official inspections and safety inspections
• Preparation and monitoring of the annual facility budget
• Support with environmental and energy management systems as well as in achieving sustainability goals

This is what you bring with you:

• Completed technical basic training and professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the area of building/maintenance
• Further training in facility management
• You present yourself confidently and openly, have organisational skills and convince with your strong communication qualities
• Knowledge in the area of CAD drawing
• Very good German skills, English is an advantage
