Your Tasks

Main responsibility for the Windows client environment of the Stämpfli Group
Engineering of server platforms on-premises and in the cloud
Support and further development of our hybrid IT landscape (Entra, M365, on-premises) in the client and server environment
Management and maintenance of virtualization and enterprise backup platforms (VMware and VEEAM)
Participation in ICT projects, especially migrations from on-premises to cloud solutions
Creation and maintenance of documentation for systems, processes, and security policies

What Qualifies You for the Job

In-depth knowledge in the field of Windows engineering (client and server)
Experience in VMware and VEEAM
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position and a higher vocational education (HF/FH or equivalent)
Open, communicative, independent, and responsible personality
Quick comprehension, proactive and solution-oriented working style
Fluent communication in German, both spoken and written
