Responsibilities:
- Embed quality awareness from the team to the organization
- Coaching and supporting our clients in the testing project
- Creation of test concepts, strategies, and plans
- Stakeholder management, for example, preparing and communicating test results, test progress, and other metrics appropriately
- Organizing and leading the test team and the test project risk management - identifying and addressing risks
- Developing specialist topics and knowledge transfer within Xebia
Who you are:
- You find the balance between empathy and assertiveness
- You have experience in test management
- Experience in software test design and testing
- Methodical knowledge and practical experience in classical and agile software development models
- Completed studies and certifications in test management and testing (ISTQB CTFL required, ISTQB Advanced Level is an advantage)
- Creative, communicative, and customer-oriented personality
- Tool knowledge such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Very good German and English skills are a must
- Ideally, you already have experience in test automation
