Polymechanic – Assembly with CNC Experience

Activities

Dismantling hydraulic components (mainly hydraulic cylinders) and identifying their defective parts
The defective parts are manufactured according to your own sketches and considerations
For manufacturing, conventional and CNC lathes, as well as a conventional milling machine, are available to you.
You identify seals to be replaced on hydraulic components and order or manufacture them independently
You assemble dismantled hydraulic components and test their functionality on existing test rigs
You tackle manufacturing and mechanical challenges with your creativity.

Requirements

Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic
Versatile CNC experience (milling or turning)
Teamwork skills and resilience
Good spatial imagination for mechanical processes
Independent and precise working method
Team spirit and punctuality
