The Willisau Sports Centre with its indoor and outdoor swimming pools is a customer-oriented operation of the city of Willisau. Our extensive sports infrastructure is available to the public, school and club sports, as well as courses and camps from all over Switzerland.

We have an apprenticeship opening for 2026 as a Specialist in Facility Maintenance EFZ with a focus on sports facilities or building services.

You work where others enjoy their leisure time and contribute to ensuring that our sports facilities function reliably and provide optimal conditions for all users.

At the Willisau Sports Centre with its various sports facilities as well as the indoor and outdoor pool operations, a variety of tasks await you. As a Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ for sports facilities, you contribute to ensuring that our facilities are always in perfect condition and offer optimal conditions for training, competition, and leisure. Through your work behind the scenes, you enable many people to enjoy carefree and safe sports and leisure experiences. You will learn how water treatment in the swimming pool works and how to ensure impeccable water quality. During your training, you will complete the necessary certification and learn to supervise bathers safely and respond competently in emergencies.

Furthermore, you will be involved in the maintenance and care of gymnasiums, athletics facilities, and football fields, ensuring that all facilities are clean, safe, and ready for use.
