About the job

An apprenticeship at Muri Hospital is varied, individual and future-oriented. In a family atmosphere, we train nine different apprenticeships, all centred around people. Around 940 employees work with us, and we treat over 80,000 patients. From August 2026, we offer you a practical and broad education in healthcare and provide you with extensive insight into everyday hospital life. You will be supervised individually and competently.

The training - What can you expect?
During your 3-year training period, you will work in various departments such as cleaning, laundry, logistics, guest services, service and kitchen, thus acquiring broad knowledge. To deepen your theoretical knowledge, you attend the vocational school in Lenzburg and complete the inter-company courses of the hospital/clinic/home sector. It is also possible to complete the apprenticeship with a vocational baccalaureate with us.

What you bring

• Good performance in secondary school
• You are motivated, committed and willing to learn
• Enjoyment of various tasks related to housekeeping
• You are service-oriented, a team player and sociable
• Good knowledge of German
