Operations Engineer / HVAC Operations Technician (m/f/d)

We have the ideal position for you:

In this role, you are responsible for the operational management of the ventilation systems (GMP and non-GMP) as well as the building heating at the St. Gallen site. You ensure compliance with the required air quality, temperature, humidity, and differential pressures, thereby making a significant contribution to production safety and quality.

Your main tasks:

• Organization and supervision of maintenance in cooperation with external service providers
• Independent analysis and resolution of technical faults as well as reduction of alarm messages
• Ensuring GMP-compliant operating parameters (air quality, temperature, humidity, differential pressure)
• Planning and implementation of replacement projects for outdated ventilation systems
• Consulting on the design and realization of new HVAC systems
• Control and monitoring of systems via Siemens Desigo CC and BMS systems
• Optimization of energy efficiency and heat recovery
• Creation of SOPs and execution of qualifications

Your qualifications and professional experience:

• Completed technical basic training (e.g., mechanics, electrical engineering, building technology)
• Further training in HVAC (e.g., technician HF, bachelor in building technology)
• Professional experience with ventilation systems in a GMP-regulated environment
• Knowledge in the application of Siemens Desigo CC and building management technology (BMS)
