At the Bethesda Retirement Centres, 13 retirement centres with residential and care services for around 1,300 people at 20 locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland are organisationally connected. Employee / Employee Finance and Accounting (60%)

• Managing the accounting of the Stiftung Diakonat Bethesda
• Reconciling the property accounting (rent, ancillary costs, etc.) in close cooperation with the property management team of the Stiftung Diakonat Bethesda in Basel
• Posting and reconciling all accounts, asset accounting and subsidiary ledgers of property management
• Processing creditor invoices including payment runs
• Preparing the VAT return for the individual financial statement and the group
• Supporting the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Supporting consolidation
• Supporting budgeting
• Participating in projects in the area of finance and accounting

• Completed commercial training (E or M profile)
• Several years of solid professional experience in accounting
• Experience in managing property accounting (e.g. ImmoTop) and experience with VAT returns is a great advantage
