Your Tasks

• Independent scheduling of our approximately 15 service technicians throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland
• Planning, coordination and ongoing adjustment of service and maintenance assignments
• Appointment scheduling and communication with customers, technicians and suppliers
• Quick prioritisation in case of malfunctions, urgent assignments and short-term changes
• Geographically sensible deployment planning and a good sense of which technician fits which job
• Order entry as well as clean and complete documentation
• Material orders, monitoring delivery dates and scheduling after material receipt
• Management and modification of maintenance and subscription contracts
• Consistent follow-up and tracking of open orders and pending tasks

Your Profile

• Commercial clerk or technical commercial clerk with a federal certificate of competence
• Experience in scheduling, service coordination or a technical environment is an advantage
• Very high resilience, quick comprehension and rapid responsiveness
• Strong organisational talent and very good prioritisation skills
• Very precise, structured and independent working style
• Very good geographical knowledge of Switzerland
• Confident and fast 10-finger typing
• Very good German skills and good PC user skills
• Enjoyment of frequent telephone contact and daily exchange with different people
• Good self-organisation as well as consistent follow-up and tracking
