As a Senior Project Manager, you take responsibility for demanding large-scale projects in the field of thermal energy plants and district heating – from the concept phase to successful commissioning. You work closely with customers, partners, and our internal teams (procurement, engineering, assembly, QA, etc.) and ensure that our solutions are technically, economically, and timely convincing.

What you can achieve with us.
- You independently manage projects in plant construction and ensure that quality, costs, and deadlines remain in harmony.
- You lead and control the project team including assembly and commissioning activities to success.
- You communicate purposefully and coordinate closely with the client and their planning service providers.
- You actively handle clarifications of claims as well as the processing of obstructions and disruptions.
- You provide regular reporting to management and the client.
- You maintain relationships with clients, end customers, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.
What defines you.
- A completed degree in mechanical engineering, energy/process engineering, or a comparable technical education.
- Several years of experience as an overall project manager in the field of thermal energy generation, power plant construction, or similar.
- Enjoyment in leading complex projects to success in a structured manner.
- Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a confident appearance towards customers and partners.
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and neighbouring countries.
